UV 500 Curable Inks are STS ultra-premium inks offering wide color gamut, exceptional performance, accurate color reproduction, and the ability to print on a wide range of media. Specifically engineered for Ricoh Gen4, Gen5, KM, Dimatix HV, and Seiko print heads, these inks have a viscosity range of 8.5-9.0 cPs at 25°C. Adjusting the printer’s temperature settings can alter the inks’ viscosity, making them compatible with various other print heads. They offer excellent flexibility, adhesion, durability, and good light fastness. Additionally, UV 500 Inks are water-resistant, low odor, and compliant with RoHS standards. VOC levels are around 40-50ppm. Their density range is 1.1-1.3g/ml.
