UV 550 Curable Inks are STS ultra-premium inks offering a stunning color gamut, exceptional performance, accurate color reproduction, and the ability to print on a wide range of media. With an ideal viscosity range of 9.0-10.0 cPs at 25°C, these inks are perfect for use in printers with Ricoh Gen4, Gen5, and Gen6 print heads. Adjusting the printer’s temperature settings can alter the inks’ viscosity, making them compatible with a variety of print heads, including KM, Seiko and Dinamix HV. They provide good flexibility, adhesion, durability, and light fastness. Additionally, UV 550 Inks are compliant with CPSIA, RoHS, and Prop-65 standards, and are lead-free. VOC levels are around 5ppm. Their density range is 1.1-1.3g/ml.
