DTF UV – A + B 24″ Rolls

The STS Inks UV DTF Transfer Film A+B 24″ Rolls are designed for producing high-quality UV DTF transfers with the STS S604 UV DTF Printer. This two-film system works together to create durable, full-color transfers for hard goods, promotional products and specialty applications.

Film A is the printable adhesive film used during the UV DTF printing process. The design is printed directly onto Film A using UV ink, white, varnish and glue depending on the printer configuration. Film B is the clear transfer film applied during lamination, allowing the finished graphic to be transferred cleanly onto compatible surfaces.

When used with the STS S604, the A+B film system supports an efficient UV DTF workflow with adjustable UV curing, heated in-line laminator rollers and automatic pressurized heat rollers for consistent lamination between the A and B films.

Compatibility Note

Recommended for use with the STS S604 UV DTF Printer. The S604 supports a maximum media width of 620 mm, or approximately 24.4″, which matches the 24″ roll format.
