Ink, Consumables, and Parts:

Ink, consumables, and parts purchased through the STS Inks website may be returned within 30 days if undamaged and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping to STS Inks. Special orders are not returnable.

Equipment Purchases (Printers, Shakers, Printheads, Ovens, etc.):

All purchases are final. No returns or refunds. The terms of the STS Equipment Warranty will apply.

Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEAR-EXPIRED OR EXPIRED PRODUCTS.

For consumables deemed defective or damaged, please contact [email protected] to initiate RMA processing.

For technical issues with equipment or parts, contact [email protected]. The RMA Department will provide a pre-paid label for return shipping. Include a copy of your original Sales Order with the return, and print “Attn. Returns Department” along with your RMA# on the packing slip.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST FOLLOW THE RMA PROCESS PROVIDED TO ENSURE TIMELY AND PROPER CREDITING.

The RMA Department will inspect each return upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
