AUTOMATIC FILM TEARING WITH ADVANCED MOTOR CONTROL Replaces tradicional manual screw tightening, more convenient and faster.

EASILY PEEL OFF FILMS OF VARIOUS SIZES Traditional machines can only tear off one film at a time. After upgrading, the machine can tear off 2-3 films at multiple angles at the same time. Large pictures / Small labels / Small logos can all be torn off at various angles.

SIX STATIONS The traditional machine only has four stations to operate, but after upgrading, it has been increased to six stations, which is more efficient.

FASTER FILM TEARING SPEED It used to take 10 seconds to tear one piece, but now it takes 3 seconds to tear one piece.

FILM VIBRATION ENSURES SINGLE FILM ADHESION Film vibration is to prevent the accumulation of static electricity, ensuring that only single film adheres to the surface each time.

AUTOMATIC SUCTION & RELEASE PET FILM It adopts imported silicone vacuum suction cups and uses pneumatic pressure pump to provide power to automatically suction PET film and release it on the surface of the substrate.

IMPORTED AVIATION ALUMINUM PLATES The four stations are all made of 3CM imported aviation aluminum plates. High flatness and heated evenly. The error between the center temperature and edge temperature of the plates is less than ±1degree. Service life is up to 20 years and not easily deformed.

SAVE COST & IMPROVE EFFICIENCY Automatic integrated heat press carousel reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency. It can produce one T-shirt every 3 seconds at the fastest.

SMART PLC TOUCH SCREEN PLC touch screen, full-automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes are optional, and the temperature, quantity, speed, and transfer pressure can be preset, easy to operate.
