Ink, Consumables, and Parts:
Items purchased from the STS Inks website, such as ink, consumables, and parts, can be returned within 30 days if they are undamaged and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping to STS Inks. If the reason for the return is due to a consumer error, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. Special orders are not eligible for return.
Equipment Purchases (Printers, Shakers, Printheads, Ovens, etc.):
All purchases are final. No returns or refunds. The terms of the STS Equipment Warranty will apply.
Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEAR-EXPIRED OR EXPIRED PRODUCTS.
For consumables deemed defective or damaged, please contact [email protected] to initiate RMA processing.
For technical issues with equipment or parts, contact [email protected]. The RMA Department will provide a pre-paid label for return shipping. Include a copy of your original Sales Order with the return, and print “Attn. Returns Department” along with your RMA# on the packing slip.
PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS MUST FOLLOW THE RMA PROCESS PROVIDED TO ENSURE TIMELY AND PROPER CREDITING.
The RMA Department will inspect each return upon arrival. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
